A long cherished dream is now coming true, and we are very happy to share it with you.
We have always been passionate about the culture of sauna and you can see that we put our heart and soul into our sessions, always adding a touch of excitement to our programmes.
We do this so that you, who visit us, get what you are looking for: relaxation, recharging, total refreshment. This year, on the occasion. we would like to open the door to relaxation for you even more and offer you a whole new "package": a spiritual journey to your own soul.
See what we have in store for you this Spiritual Women's Day:
16:30 Women's Yoga
Yoga strengthens the unity of body, mind and spirit. In this session, we tune into our Spiritual journey and release the tension of the day, so that we can focus on ourselves.
17:30 Relaxation sauna programme with scrub and skin care
15 minutes of relaxing music and a classic sauna programme with smoke ritual, followed by a herbal scrub and skin care treatment in the steam room.
18:20 Traditional Nordic Wake Ceremony
Nordic people have a centuries-old tradition of sauna bathing, including pirts or banja ceremonies. During the ceremony, our sauna masters lead the ceremony with birch, oak or other herbal bouquets that can act on several senses at once. A true curiosity in the sauna culture, which also contributes to our spiritual cleansing.
19:20 Sound Bowl Meditation
Tibetan Singing Bowl Therapy is an ancient method that uses the power of sound vibrations to heal the body and mind. As the closing of the Spiritual Day, this programme is ready to evoke our inner harmony and leave us in a perfectly relaxed and recharged state.
Refreshments and teas are also provided and are included in the programme tickets.
