As part of a unique and consistently popular service introduced six years ago, the country's first rural zoo and botanical garden is once again offering exclusive experiences this year. The Evening Walks will be held every Friday during the summer holiday.

Even returning guests can look forward to new surprises during the guided tours, where zoo experts will lead participants behind the scenes, revealing the mysterious nighttime world of the animals. During this unique program, guests can explore countless secrets of the zoo on a guided evening tour and gain insight into the previously unknown lives of its inhabitants.

Visitors will meet some of the most extraordinary animals, including the zoo’s baby stars born this year—such as Gedeon, the hand-raised ring-tailed lemur. Boborján, the capuchin monkey, will also be there to greet the guests. They will find out firsthand how a hippopotamus brushes its teeth, how the love story of Edith and her partner, the white-handed gibbons, is unfolding, and how iconic residents like the spectacled penguins and reticulated giraffes spend their days—these giraffes will even be served dinner by the guests themselves.

Guests will also witness the nighttime prowls of the big predators, meet the Zoo Kuckó’s fascinating and fearsome residents, and discover many new additions to the Palm House.

The exclusive evening experience includes themed snacks and refreshments on the Samburu Panorama Terrace.

This unforgettable program will take place ten times between June 20 and August 22, every Friday from 7:30 PM to 10:30 PM. Tickets are available exclusively online in limited quantities at a flat rate of 9,900 HUF.
