Health is important every day! We want to highlight this and support our guests in maintaining their well-being. Therefore, we offer free screenings, workouts, and sauna programs at the Aquaticum Thermal Bath.


  1. 11:00 AM - 4:00 PM: Free Screenings (blood sugar, blood pressure, pulse oximetry - blood oxygen level)

  1. 11:00 AM - 4:00 PM: Lucky Wheel - Spin for a surprise!

  1. 1:00 PM: Free Sauna Program - Discover the benefits of sauna bathing!

Relaxation session with sea salt and herbal body scrubs.

Participation is free, but on-site registration is required.

Refreshing session with coconut oil skincare.

  1. 3:00 PM - 3:30 PM: Free Aqua Fitness

Aqua fitness is one of the most enjoyable and exciting ways to stay healthy and in shape while enjoying the pleasure of water exercise! In the water, the body becomes weightless, relieving strain on muscles, joints, and the nervous system. Movement becomes lighter and more playful. We recommend this gentle form of exercise for all ages and fitness levels, even just for better well-being.

  1. 4:30 PM - 6:00 PM: Free Spine Yoga

Through gentle full-body movements, combined with conscious breathing and inward focus, the parasympathetic nervous system is activated, achieving both physical and mental relaxation. Recommended for all ages, including beginners! The focus will not be on complicated poses but on guided movements and held positions, aiming for correct posture and awareness of muscles not typically used in daily life. The practice will conclude with a relaxing cooldown.
